The wine was bottled à la pétillante naturelle to finish fermentation in bottle which leaves a natural sediment. No sulfur, fining, filtration, or other additive or process was made to this wine. It is as fresh and unblemished a wine as we can create.

Colour: Pale Gold with a yellow hue. A fine mousse is evident when poured.
Nose: Nutty wild yeast notes are in harmony with the lychee and musk aromas.
Fresh tropical fruits with a gentle spritz that leaves you wanting more. Great as an aperitivo, or with a light dish like Vitello Tonnato. Preservative free.
